Vision, Mission, Purpose and Target Strategy

VISION

Become a major provider of education, research and community service that is able to produce superior, independent and cultured human resources in the field of Food Technology.

MISSION

  1. Organizing quality education in the field of Food Technology in order to build and develop the nation's potential.
  2. Organizing quality research in the field of Food Technology to support education, advances in science and technology as well as cultural enrichment.
  3. Organizing community service with culture in the field of Food Technology on the basis of social responsibility to solve actual problems in society.
  4. Develop quality governance

PURPOSE

  1. Organizing a quality learning process that produces qualified Food Technology graduates who are superior, independent and cultured.
  2. Develop a conducive academic atmosphere to support the learning process.
  3. Facilitating students to be creative in the field of Food Technology.
  4. Develop a conducive laboratory atmosphere to support the research process.
  5. Finding and developing science and technology in the field of Food Technology on an ongoing basis based on strategic issues that are developing in the community.
  6. Provide information services in the field of Food Technology to communities and institutions in need.
  7. Implement credible, transparent, accountable, responsible and fair governance in a sustainable manner.
  8. Provide excellent service to customers.
  9. Carry out promotional activities and cooperation with stakeholders, both government and private, at home and abroad to ensure the sustainability of the implementation of education.

1. Produce high quality graduates who have high competence and competitiveness at national and international levels

1.1. Realization of curriculum, learning methods, facilities and infrastructure to support learning in major in accordance with the needs of the industries.

1.2. The realization of higher education infrastructure facilities that facilitate special needs in all work units.

1.3.     The realization of a quality, relevant, and competitive learning process nationally, and internationally across disciplines through the MBKM program

 

1.4. Establishment of educational cooperation both at domestic and overseas with other universities, government and industry/UMKM

2. Produce high quality and efficient research and PkM by promoting local wisdom, reputable national and international scientific publications and HKI (patents, copyrights).

2.1. Establishing research and PkM collaboration with government and private institutions to obtain research funds and PkM

2.2. The realization of higher quality research facilities and infrastructure

 

2.3. The realization of high quality human resources in winning research grants outside the university and publishing research results, especially reputable international scientific publications

 

 

2.4. Realization of downstream research results to the public/users

3. Realizing high quality academic and non-academic services for user satisfaction

3.1. The realization of unit services that based on performance, accountability and transparency which supported by a financial information system
