VISION
To be a provider of undergraduate education that produces outstanding, independent, and culturally aware graduates in the field of food technology who meet the global competencies of the 21st century.

- To conduct high-quality education, research, and community service in the field of food technology to meet the global competency needs of the 21st century
- To establish national and international collaborations with educational institutions, research centers, industry, and the business sector
- To organize student activities aimed at fostering highly competitive intellectuals with noble character

PURPOSE
- Organizing a quality learning process that produces qualified Food Technology graduates who are superior, independent and cultured.
- Develop a conducive academic atmosphere to support the learning process.
- Facilitating students to be creative in the field of Food Technology.
- Develop a conducive laboratory atmosphere to support the research process.
