Food Technology Study Program Conducts Sugar Technology Course Practicum
The Food Technology Study
Program, Faculty of AgriculturalTechnology, Udayana University conducted a
practicum for the Sugar Technology Course on Tuesday, May 24th 2022
at the Food Processing Laboratory of the Food Technology Study Program, Faculty
of Agricultural Technology, Unud.
The Practical Sugar Technology
Course was given by a Lecturer of the Food Technology Study Program, namely I
Desak Putu Kartika Pratiwi, S.TP., M.P. with the material, namely the practice
of making Marshmellow, Hard Candy and Jelly Candy products.
Through the practicum provided,
students are expected to be able to get hands-on practice in the production
process of several products that are included in Sugar Technology, namely
Marshmellow, Hard Candy and Jelly Candy and are expected to be able to
understand the production processes of these products.
